LEAD LOGGER LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates PropertyCalculator.io (the "Service"), a real estate investment calculator tool. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect minimal personal information. The only personal data we store is:

• Email address (received automatically from our payment processor when you purchase a Pro license)
• License key (generated by our system and associated with your purchase)
• Paddle transaction ID (your payment reference number)

We do not collect your name, mailing address, phone number, or any other personal information directly.

2.2 Payment Information

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.) directly. We never see, store, or have access to your full payment details. 2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Service, our hosting provider and CDN (Cloudflare) may automatically collect standard server log data, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is collected and retained by Cloudflare under their privacy policy and is not stored in our own database.

We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics tools.

2.4 Calculator Data

All property and financial data you enter into the calculator is processed entirely in your browser. This data is never sent to our servers or stored by us, with the sole exception of the PDF export feature, which temporarily processes your inputs server-side to generate the report and immediately discards them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• License fulfillment: To generate, deliver, and verify your Pro license key
• Purchase verification: To match your Paddle transaction to your license
• Refund processing: To deactivate licenses associated with refunded transactions
• Customer support: To assist you if you contact us about your license

We do not use your email for marketing, newsletters, or promotional communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for their own purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on a secured server located in the United States. We implement the following security measures:

• License keys are generated using cryptographically secure random number generation
• Paddle webhook requests are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signature validation to prevent tampering
• The database stores only the minimum data required for license management
• Non-US traffic is blocked at the CDN level via Cloudflare geo-restrictions

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The Service uses browser localStorage solely to store your license key on your device so you do not need to re-enter it on each visit. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers except when verifying your license status.

Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes (e.g., bot detection). These are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your license record (email, license key, transaction ID) for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove all records associated with your email address from our database within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete all personal data associated with your account.
